How Grants are Awarded





  • Christian non-profit organizations may submit grant applications on-line or by mail during the first few months of the year.
  • A five member volunteer committee reads and selects the 5 best applications to present to the entire PowerSurge100 members for their review at the annual meeting
  • One representative from each of the 5 finalist organizations will make a 10 minute presentation at the annual meeting.
  • Each PowerSurge100 member casts one vote at the annual meeting or by absentee ballot if unable to attend
  • The votes are tabulated and one deserving Christian organization becomes a PowerSurge100 recipient by a majority vote.
  • Grants are awarded to the winning organization prior to year's end in a special ceremony in which all members are invited.
